Shipping & Lead Times

At CouldNook, we understand that reliable logistics serve as the backbone of your retail operations. We partner with trusted global carriers to help ensure your wholesale and OEM orders arrive safely and efficiently. Since we accommodate various order scales—from routine boutique restocks to large-volume private label production—our shipping process evaluates transit times and costs on a per-order basis, aiming to secure highly favorable freight solutions tailored to your specific needs.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Wholesale Orders: Standard catalog items are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days. However, depending on rolling inventory levels, overall processing times may range from 3 to 14 business days. Once your account is approved, your dedicated representative will provide a current estimated shipping timeframe.

  • Private Label & OEM Orders: Lead times for custom manufacturing, exclusive packaging, or large-scale production runs vary based on project complexity and raw material sourcing. We will outline a detailed production and delivery schedule in your custom project agreement before manufacturing begins.

2. Shipping Rates & Freight Calculation To provide you with highly favorable shipping rates, freight costs are not always calculated at checkout. For bulk orders, dimensional weight and palletization requirements can significantly impact shipping costs. Therefore, your final shipping invoice may be calculated and billed separately once your order is securely packed and weighed. We leverage our network of logistics partners to negotiate optimal LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or standard carrier rates on your behalf and will keep you updated.

3. International Orders & Customs CouldNook is proud to supply boutiques worldwide. Please note that for international shipments, the buyer (consignee) is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.

4. Receiving Your Order Upon delivery, please inspect all cartons immediately. While we pack every item with great care, occasional damage may still occur during transit. Any visible external damage to the pallets or boxes must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery) before signing.
