WHOLESALE FAQ

Welcome to the CouldNook wholesale portal. We’ve compiled our most frequently asked questions below to help you understand our partnership process. If you need further assistance, our team is always ready to help.

1. How do I apply to become a CouldNook stockist? To protect our current retail partners and ensure brand alignment, we require all new stockists to apply for a wholesale account. Simply navigate to our [Stockist Application Form] and submit your boutique’s details. Our team typically reviews applications within 1-2 business days.

2. What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)? We want to make testing our products in your store as risk-free as possible. Therefore, we do not require a massive minimum total cart value. Our only requirement is a strict MOQ of 6 units per SKU/variant. This ensures you have enough inventory to create a meaningful visual display on your shelves.

3. Do you offer Private Label or OEM manufacturing? Yes, absolutely. Beyond supplying our own branded curations, CouldNook functions as a premium manufacturing partner for brands looking to develop their own signature lines. Please visit our [Private Label / OEM] page for details on our co-creation process and custom capabilities.

4. How is wholesale shipping calculated? To secure the most competitive and accurate freight rates for bulk orders, shipping costs are often calculated after your order is packed and weighed. Depending on the volume, we utilize standard carriers or LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Your final shipping invoice will be provided before dispatch.

5. What is your lead time for orders? For in-stock catalog items, orders are processed within our standard fulfillment window once payment is secured. For Custom, Private Label, or OEM projects, lead times vary based on material sourcing and production scope, which will be clearly outlined in your specific project agreement.

6. Am I allowed to sell CouldNook products on Amazon or eBay? No. To protect the margins of our independent stockists and maintain our brand’s premium positioning, reselling CouldNook products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Our products are intended for approved brick-and-mortar boutiques and independent e-commerce sites only.

7. What is your return policy for wholesale orders? Because we operate on a B2B model with accessible MOQs, all wholesale orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or buyer's remorse. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective in transit, please contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.
