To ensure a streamlined ordering process and protect the integrity of our brand, please review our foundational wholesale guidelines below.

1. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

We want to make it accessible for independent boutiques to test our curations on their shelves. Therefore, we currently do not impose a strict total order minimum amount (e.g., $1,000+).

 Item-Level MOQ: To maintain our wholesale pricing structure, all products are subject to a strict Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 4 units per SKU/variant.
Ordering Instructions: When building your cart, you must add at least 4 units of any specific item, color, or scent you wish to purchase. Additionally, the total order value must ≥ $100 USD.

• Orders that attempt to bypass this item-level MOQ will be automatically flagged and cannot be processed by our fulfillment team.

2. Selling Channels & Brand Protection

CouldNook products are curated for premium physical retail spaces and independent boutique websites.

• Approved Channels: You are authorized to sell our products in your approved brick-and-mortar store(s) or on your proprietary independent e-commerce website.

• Prohibited Channels: To protect our brand positioning and your retail margins, reselling CouldNook products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or discount clearance sites) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from our executive team. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

We actively monitor online pricing to protect our stockists from unfair price-cutting. All approved retailers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Products must not be publicly advertised or listed online for less than the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) established by CouldNook.

4. Policy Updates

As our wholesale ecosystem evolves, we may implement structured tier-pricing or adjust our minimum order requirements. Your dedicated account manager will notify you in writing prior to any significant structural changes to our buying requirements.
